Koide Kokan Co., Ltd. was founded in 1974 in Takamatsu, Kagawa in Japan. In the beginning, we were limited to the Shikoku Island, and then gradually expanded to Okayama in 1987 and Chubu (Nagoya area) in 1990. Later we expanded even further to Kanto (Tokyo area) in 1993. In 1998, we established Koide Tennessee, Inc., in Tennessee, U.S.A. and Koide Italia S.r.l., in Milan, Italy (2000). We also established Dalian Koide Kokan Co., Ltd. in China (2003), Koide Poland Sp. z o.o. in Poland, Guangzhou Koide Kokan Co., Ltd. in China (2005), Koide (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Thailand (2010) and Koide Mexico S.A. de C.V. in Mexico (2011). Our tubing business has grown in the last several years due to our commitment to closely serve our customers in these areas. Recently we have seen our overseas businesses flourish and surpass the domestic market.
